What are the washing instructions?

🔥 Hand wash only in cold water with natural, eco-friendly soap. Lay flat to dry.

🔥 Garments are not pre-washed, due to that that there are people who may have sensitivities and allergies. My atelier is feline friendly. Each item is lint-rolled, and steamed or ironed before shipping. It is suggested that you hand wash your garment before wear.

When will I receive my order?

🔥 1:1 (one of a kind) and ready to ship (RTS) pieces take between 1-3 days to ship out.

🔥 Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for bespoke (custom made), and made-to-measure pieces to be made and shipped.

🔥 All orders include tracking information and shipping updates.

Can I return or exchange an item?

🔥 No refunds. All sales final.

🔥 Due to the nature of intimates and masks being worn so close to the body Hell On Heels is unable to accept returns & exchanges. This is due to health and hygiene regulations. Please see our Refunds & Exchanges policy for more info.

What is 1:1?

🔥  One of a kind! No one in the world will be wearing this unique piece, it is just for you. Sometimes I may make the same one as a sample, for my archives, and to have available for projects/not for sale.

What do you mean... limited?

🔥 Each piece I make is 1:1 (ONE-OF-A-KIND) Unless it is stated in the listing that it is a limited edition run, which is small batch.

🔥 I only source deadstock fabric, and custom fabric printed with a eco-friendly process. Because I buy deadstock, fabric that was destined for the landfill I cannot get it again, making each collection very limited, and sought after. Keeping it unique for those that are eco-conscious, while wanting to make a statement, and stand apart for the crowd.

Do you take custom order requests?

🔥  Bespoke is considered based on available monthly slots. I post these on my website and announce it on social media.

🔥 Each piece is hand-cut without a pattern and made to measure.

🔥 Use the contact here to communiacte about your besoke order.

What is made to measure?

🔥 Made to measure is pattern drafting, and altering specifically to your measurements from an offering in my collection.

What is ready to ship?

🔥 The items are already made, and ready to ship (RTS) to you, and usually go out within 1-3 days.

What is with the pricing structure?

🔥  Hell on Heels is a small independent womxn-owned business. This is not fast fashion! Each piece is lovingly & ethically handmade-to-order clothing in my magical atelier in Downtown Phoenix Arizona. I source the highest-quality materials, and pride myself on my craftsmanship. I work with deadstock & eco friendly fabrics as much as possible to remain as sustainable & waste-free as we can. In the fashion world Hell on Heels is considered slow fashion with a bridge price point.

How do I know what size I am?

🔥 Please see the Hell on Heels measurement chart, and sizing info page here

🔥 Each clothing company has a different size chart, there is no standard sizing. Get yourself a soft measuring tape so you can take your own measurements.

🔥 Fit is subjective, and a personal choice. I only use stretch fabrics, different fabrics have different stretch to them. Any important fit info will be in each listing. Please use the contact form here with any questions about sizing and fit.

Do you offer plus-size?

🔥 Hell on Heels offers regular size category in extra small, small, medium, large, extra large (XS-XL).

🔥 Plus size is another size  category (just like children, and men) requiring another set of size patterns made. You cannot just scale up sizes to XXL, XXXL, etc. pattern grading does not work that way.

🔥 Made-to-measure, and bespoke (custom orders) are offered. I understand not everyone fits into a standard size, that way you can get a garment made just for you!

What do you do for your community?

🔥 Hell on Heels strongly believes in fashion-activism. I believe in giving to causes that I believe in, and to my local community where I can. Watch the Hell on Heels instagram and for updates!

🔥  I source all our materials from other small local, and family owned businesses because I believe in slow fashion. Slow fashion is when the entire garment making process is 100% ethical and leaves little to no waste behind, recycling all materials, and striving to be as sustainable as possible. So when you purchase any of my handmade items, you're creating a chain reaction of magic while supporting other small local businesses at the same time.
